Tacos "El Milagro" started as a Sunday tradition — a small cart outside the family home, neighbors gathering, and the smell of cilantro and cumin filling the air. What began as a passion project grew into Vallejo's most-loved taco truck.
Every morning, we wake up before dawn to source the freshest ingredients. Our tortillas are hand-pressed. Our salsas are roasted over open flame. Our meats are marinated using recipes passed down through three generations.
